Love Ice Cream? St. Louis introduced it to the world as an ice cream cone at the 1904 World's Fair. To celebrate the Bicentennial of Missouri, we are hosting an ArtFest and. hopefully, Guiness Book of World Records, Ice Cream Social. The fee with Guiness Book of World Records is $15,000. Help us become the Ice Cream Social World Record holder at the Bicentennial Art Fest and Ice Cream Social August 7, 2021.
